Our History: We are a professional ODM/OEM LED lighting manufacturer, supplier, and factory in China, dedicated to designing & manufacturing high-end and high-quality lighting fixtures since establishment in 2010.
Our Factory: Our headquarters is occupying an area of 3000+ m² factory building. Our products are mainly exported to America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Middle East regions etc.
Our Product: We focus on all series of residential, commercial, hotel, office, architectural lighting fixtures development and production, including LED Ceiling Light, LED Pendant Light, LED Wall Light, and LED Fan Light. Due to pioneering capability in lighting fixture design, we have established partnerships with world-top lighting brands. We are capable of customizing various LED lighting fixtures based on drawings provided by customers.
Our Certificate: As a leading lighting fixtures designer and manufacturer, we have been approved by CE, ROHS, SAA and passed the ISO9001 quality management system to ensure product safety and high quality. Our quality team has worked in the lighting industry since 2010.
Production Equipment: The laboratory and production line are equipped with complete quality control and testing equipment, including but not limited to light distribution systems, spectrum analysis test systems, temperature test systems, LED driver testers, dielectric strength testers, earth resistance testers etc.
What is the warranty of your products?
For the majority of our products, the warranty is 5 years. However, we also develop certain products with the aim of achieving a competitive price, where the warranty is 3 years. Moreover, for other economical products, the warranty is 2 years.
What about your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit prepaid by T/T, and the balance should be paid before shipment. But, when our cooperation is getting bigger, we can also adjust the percentage of T/T, and support other payment terms, such as L/C, O/A, etc.
Can you support OEM and ODM design?
Yes. OEM and ODM design is no problem for us. We own an independent R&D team, and we have rich experience in helping customers to find perfect solutions. We can also assist customers in designing their product packages.
What is the lead time for the order?
For samples, it normally takes 5-7 days, while mass orders would need 20-30 days according to the quantity. For customized products, it roughly needs about 40 days, including opening the molds.
What about your product quality? Do you have quality control?
We pay great attention to product quality. There are 4 quality inspection procedures in our company, including IQC, IPQC, OQC, FQC. In addition, we have spent a lot on purchasing professional quality inspection equipment to control and improve our product quality.
How long do you do aging testing for products?
For products which have been highly mature and undergone verification in the market, normally we do 100% aging testing for 4-6 hours at least. For newly launched products, we will do aging testing for 24 hours to ensure the quality.
