If any items get your interest, please send feedback or chat with us. We usually quote within 12 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you have a very urgent project that needs our quick response, please notify us so that we will regard your inquiry as a priority.
Q2. How can I get a sample for quality check?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. If you need samples, we will charge the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmation if the quantity exceeds our MOQ.
Q3. Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services as we have a professional team with rich experience in the lighting field. Just tell us your ideas, and we will carry them out into perfect lighting solutions.
Q4. What's the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Our usual practice is around 22-25 days after the deposit payment. We suggest that you start your inquiry two months before the date you would like to receive the goods.
Q5. What are the terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one that is most convenient and cost-effective for you.
