Typically, different items have different delivery dates. Sample delivery time is 3-5 days after receiving the sample request and sample fee. Bulk production delivery time is 10-18 days after confirming the order upon receiving the deposit.

For standard LED track lights, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. We can provide samples before placing an order.

We accept a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment and after inspection of the goods.

We implement 3 rigorous quality control processes: 1. IQC: Inspecting 20% of components and matching assemblies. 2. IPQC: Conducting daily production audits and addressing work-in-progress issues. 3. Finished Product Cut Inspection: Checking 20% of finished units to ensure compliance with standards. We can provide videos demonstrating these procedures when starting the order.
