Typically, different items have different delivery dates. Sample delivery time is 3-5 days after receiving the sample request and sample fee. Bulk production delivery time is 10-18 days after confirming the order upon receiving the deposit.

For standard LED track lights, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. We can provide samples before placing a formal order.

Our standard terms are a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment after the goods have passed inspection.

We implement 3 distinct quality control processes:
1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control): We inspect 20% of all incoming components and match assemblies to verify core functionality.
2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): We conduct daily production and work-in-progress audits to resolve quality issues directly during assembly.
3. Finished Product Cut Inspection: We check 20% of all finished units to ensure each piece fully meets specifications. We can also provide demonstration videos of these quality control procedures upon initiating your order.

Most of our products are backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty, while specific ranges offer a 3-year warranty as indicated in their technical specifications.

Our lighting fixtures are fully certified for international safety and performance standards, carrying CE, RoHS, SAA, EMC, LVD, and RCM marks.
