It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 3-7 days for small quantity, and 10-30 days for large quantity.

Before mass production, we create SOPs for each product and run a preproduction test on all features and parameters. Full test reports including temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety are provided.
During production, we check everything at 3 quality control points. All finishes are 100% inspected and lights switch-on tested. After assembly, products undergo an 8-hour aging process with on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual chip assessments. Prior to packaging, all lights are powered on once more for a final check.

Please send a video and photo of the issue. We will inspect, analyze, and guide you on how to resolve it. If it is a confirmed manufacturing issue that cannot be fixed, we will send new lamps or replacement parts to you.
