Production Capabilities
We operate dedicated hardware factories and power supply R&D center workshops. Our manufacturing infrastructure is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including automatic soldering machines, SMT placement lines, die-casting machinery, CNC systems, laser etching systems, and optical verification equipment like integrating spheres and distribution photometers. Over 10 low-voltage aging lines support a monthly throughput capacity of up to 500,000 pieces of LED lighting units.

R&D Engineering
Our R&D team develops products optimized with industry-leading technologies. We host more than 10 dedicated design and structural engineers who specialize in casing aesthetics, electrical circuits, drivers, optical lenses, and intelligent lighting systems. The majority of our design portfolio uses proprietary private molds, carrying standard industry certifications such as ETL, TUV, CE, and RoHS.

Quality Assurance (QC)
Our internal QC department implements testing schedules to qualify functional performance. Using advanced test benches, we check electronic parameters, optical behaviors, moisture limits, and corrosion resistance. Our facilities strictly operate under ISO9001 quality guidelines. Every product undergoes strict visual inspections and a continuous 48-hour burn-in process before shipment packaging.
